Rise in India’s defence budget due to war hysteria: Asif

[INDIAPOSITIVE]

Islamabad- Defence Minister Khawaja Asif today said that, it is India's "war hysteria" which is behind raise in its defence budget.
Talking to journalists in Sialkot, Asif said India is constantly violating ceasefire along the Line of Control (LoC) and Working Boundary, by resorting to unprovoked firing.
The defence minister was of the view that there was a need to control temperature on the Working Boundary for holding meaningful dialogue.
Criticizing the neighboring country, Asif said that India had not taken any sincere step in the past six month for regional peace. “The nation stands by the armed forces to defend the motherland,” he said.

Every media outlet is calling the raise "modest" and this guy is crying, I guess he is for a lot of pain in the coming years as India's growth rate dramatically increases and the defence spending balloons as a result.

We have a possible threat of Two Front War, so its necessary to increase our strength, why is pakistan so curious to analyse Indian budget??
I have never seen any minister commenting on pakistan's budget??
