I'm really hungry now, can't wait for Lunch break. Will drive down to curry mile and pick up some Jalabee's.
But moderation is the key...try it once in a while but don't over do it...most of Pakistani commercial foods (I call them commercial because mostly available in the market and usually not made in homes) are really bad for health if consumed in large quantities or regularly.

Thanks I’ll remember that. I’m training for the half marathon this year. Can’t afford to get tubby.

Aei Bawa G Pindi Di Gerato Jalebi da koi mol nae :P
Bhai personally I'm not big on Jalebi or sweets and confectionary items in general. But whenever (read: in years) I get to eat Jalebi, I like it soaked in tons of milk because Jalebi alone is too sweet and I have to run miles to digest it.

Really...when & where ... I participated in the marathon 5 yrs ago but I should participate in it though this year I participated in Vasaloppet to beat my better half's Triathlon saga.

So...Some take paternity in a dish, saying it was made around 13th century...
When there is some reports of recipes-like of "Zlebia/Jalebi" since the 10th century in MENA...

Ok...

it is their democratic right and a religious one as well and its very impolite to make fun of it.

It,s their right to enjoy their democratic and religious rights but it sucks when they impose it on others.
