According to initial medical report there was no sign on her body and she was not feeling well two days before her death, most probably she died because of some fatal diseases.

Hope she wont have some spreadable diseases like cholera or ebola. Her recent visits and meetings should be investigated thoroughly in order to check for any thing linked to her death and least make sure she does not carry any contagious diseases or else our Elite class is in jeopardy .

RIP.... May be she had some serious disease..... My Boss's wife (43 yr old) passed away in similar way........ She was having some illness which the doctors couldnt diagnose........ She also went to bathroom and found lying after vomiting.....
