But Chinese members also troll, they derail threads, use slurs and insult other members...we have 3 members who have complained about them as recently as yesterday! In one week it can easily go above 5! And these include ALL nationalities!

If one cant discuss, they shouldnt quote the other to troll! That is part of forum rules!
If one cant comprehend, then it is their job to ask/ quesiton
Questioning a govt's plans/ rules/ laws is not reason enough to bash them!

However, based on posts/replies on many thread on this particular section of forum, something is definitely lacking or not working; the posters, the forum rules, or the enforcement of these rules?
