Its been 73 years. Why is this still being discussed ? Its a done deal. Some Pakistanis might have nostalgia for india but its understandable human emotion. Grass greener, etc.
People don't have divided loyalties if your country is doing well. Pakistan needs to set aside its old obsessions and put the quality of life of its ordinary citizens first. All these discussions will disappear.

That actually is the problem. Certain so called intellectuals have nothing better to do than to banter about such topics and make the people do the same. Does two national theory:

- Calls for not doing governance reforms?

- Does it stop from improving healthcare

- Does it stop us from introducing policies promoting industry

- Did two nation theory stop us from improving our crop seeds over the last decade and a half that has led to disaster in agriculture?

- Did two nation their force is to nationalize an industry that was growing at the fastest pace in Asia and destroy it?

These and many more are the real issues that need to be fixed for the prosperity of Pakistan and it’s people. It will require tedious effort on policy and implementation front of which these attention seeking “intellectuals” have no clue. So what they do? They find a boogeyman and in shear display of dearth of intellect give silver bullet solutions. All just for cheap publicity.
