Nobel is a western award,selected by a few Norwegian parliamentary members. Also,when a scientist works on a project it involves a stacked support group that does the bulwark of R& D and brainstorms ideas.Things are shaping differently since past two decade as more and more of those little assistants went on to do their own research ,pushing China near the top of high-quality research output .

My older brother was a project manager in Erricson Indonesia and has been working in some Western countries as well, he once complain about Indian engineer being recruited, the real performance and the Curriculum Vitae is not much
