Restricted Mobility of Indian missiles

.
Also there are dedicated military and strategic force command trains in India.

.
Intelligence and staletile easliy hunt down massive missile.
You are the one that's saying "constant monitoring"....so you tell me. What is the system you are proposing. I have worked in remote sensing and know the aperture to resolution constraints for stationary targets....so I am all ears to hear your ideas for mobile ones that can be easily decoyed.
Ohh real time Tracking of Indian Missile assets? Remind me when did Pakistan launch a SAR satellite with a meter resolution? Or is this where you beg to come in your deeper than ocean taller than mountain frnds? Moreover as aptly explained by @Nilgiri the amt of satelites or the computational time required to find these wouldn't be feasible. It is analogous to finding the proverbial needle not in a hay stack rather in a barn yard. Even after you find them then what? How do you plan on neutralising them over 1,000Km from your borders? Pls don't say JF-17...or yet to acquire SU-35...
One thing is for sure it will be a suicide mission no matter what assets you invest. If its a plane then... Well we have discussed it to its death in other threads and the outcome is nothing to write home about... Well atleast for you. If it is one of your shaheen series then you actually sign your own death certificate. Launching a missile strike inside Indian borders will pull all stops from Indian retaliation. You can expect a heavy shower srategic HQs. Shower of warheads that is.

And all this bit we have not even discussed the inclusion of dummy missiles! All it will take is a similarly weighted canister!! Also take these scenarios into consideration.

This is a feel good thread for the OP's futile search for confidence building - started with a couple of Missile diameter and youtube validation for nuclear yield... Internut Entertainment as usual. :pop::pop:

And expecting China to tell them the location of missile........

.
This is a valid and apt criticism yet our Indian friends are doing their level best to deny such。

Typical。

It is a senseless allegation and an attempt to criticize on baseless facts Why would India not get a TEL for its long range missile like ones it has for other missile, especially when the technology exists in the hands of multiple Indian Private companies? Either its threat perceptions are covered in the range of its missiles despite wherever its positioned or India keeps it in deterrent Silos.

.
And expecting China to tell them the location of missile........
As mentioned earlier. India has repeatedly said Agni series is for China specially Agni-5,so China must be keeping an eye on them. Also the missile is a threat to Pakistan, and Pakistan - China have long standing intelligence sharing contracts on all levels.

Forget the pop corn, jut post a real road mobile TEL of Agni? Or even a train mobile? There is no such pic anywhere,so basically India made a bullet but forgot make a gun
A missile no matter how good, cannot be fired without a reliable launch vehicle.

Mobilizing a Missile of this size at war would catch the attention Intelligence than bunkering it in Silos, which it is compatible with anyways. There exists minimal chances of an enemy picking up its coordinates leave alone targeting it. India with its well ahead and well advanced space assets can mobilize it to its respective silos well camouflaged.

Really? Just because the TEL's you posted assumabley don't have off-roading capabilities, means that the Missile cannot fly?? Hilarious indeed.

Aight, I'll take the bait.

As far a logic is concerned, what difference would it make for an ICBM to be on an all terrain system. What is the range of the TEL on one tank of gas? - given the distance, the only systems where it would matter is where platforms inability to tackle say a few km's for short range strike missiles, MRL's along with short range and medium range Sams which are designed to protect strike corp armored columns.

Systems where mobility is a concern, mobility risks are appropriately mitigated,

eg Akash Army systems for Armor protection -

please somebody enlighten him what a "Tatra All terrain Carrier" and "Tata All terrain Carrier" can perform...

Its sad that Youtube is banned in Pakistan.

But I'm quite surprised after seeing not a single member mentioned the fact that all these trucks are categorized under "All Terrain" and "High Mobility" category.

TATA 12x12 Prahaar Missile Carrier

The TATA 12 X 12 Prahaar Missile Carrier is an indigenously developed high mobility, all-terrain and all-wheel drive vehicle. The Tata LPTA 5252-12 X12 vehicle has been jointly designed with R&DE–DRDO, particularly for missile launcher-cum-carrier applications, including integration of Prahar, BrahMos and Nirbhay missiles.
It has state-of-the-art electronic controlled heavy duty engine and automatic transmission along with high mobility features. Although it is normally operable in 12x8 mode, the vehicle can operate in 12x10 and 12x12 modes too, depending upon the requirements of the terrain.
Some of the highlights of the vehicle are:
  • Anti-Locking Braking System (ABS)
  • Central Tyre Inflation System (CTIS)
  • Auxiliary Gear box with high and low speed mode
  • Differential locks system
Vehicle specification of the Tata 12x12 Prahaar Missile Carrier:

Application
• Prahaar Missile System Carrier and Launcher Platform
• Brahmos Missile carrier

im curious about your intentions you ask too many questions which you know nobody will give you the right answers ... chakkar kya hai :azn:

but he fact is china has all the appratus to know and track movement of all owr strategick forces and its doing so while russia and USA , Japan and korea are doing the same on china (who might share there knowledge with us in case of a indo china war)

but since you are a pakistani you should not worry about agni series rather bhramos , prithvi prahar and shourya class of missiles and owr MBRL like grad , smerch and pinaka as all pakistani targets are in range of 15-45 miles from indian border do you really think we need agni for you :azn:

baki lagge raho :haha:

.
And that's what Intelligence agencies are for. I am pretty sure ISI already might have locations of some of the Indian Nukes. Some Nukes are high yielding ones are guarded more stringent. Pakistanis do have not much satellite imaging, but China may/not helping them with that.
I am also sure India also knows about the exact quantity, location of half or majority of Pakistani nukes. We also have the advantage of satellites.
In case of war, Nukes locations are the ones targetted first.
missiles are hidden under secret places.. even if it is located, the missile storage sites are heavily protected both in air and land.
Intelligence and satellite easily hunt down massive missile.
intelligence don't run behind the moving missile to provide the exact location of missile, which moving from place to place to avoid enemy attack. that is why they are made as road mobile. and Pakistan don't have any satellites to track the missiles in India.
Obviously Agni-5 will be on one of the 'Major roads" as a vehicle of this size cannot be in Rural roads. Not many roads in India can take a vehicle of this size, and even then it will be a slow coach.

Agni TEL trying to hide under a bridge :D
that pics is not from india. and you don't have any idea about roads in india.

Yeah man sure.. The Russians are stupid to mount their 10,000 Km range missile on All terrain vehicles.

matsvcxw2eyazha74x5d.jpg

Same goes for the stupid Chinese.

russians needs to hide their missiles from a very much advanced country like US who are consistently monitoring russian missiles with dozens of recon satellites and hundreds of recon jets. which are dedicated for monitoring russians...
india need not to worry about that. india's enemy is pakistan, who don't even have a decent satellite program.

.
Do India also have underground silos like China Russia US and also Iran?
