Those are Pics from RWP Cantonment area not from areas under Administrative control of Punjab Govt. so if you are trying to pull MQM in this then it would be LAME Attempt for sure and BTW RWP Saddar is like Karachi's Tariq Road or Zamzama if you want real Comparison then try RWP Raja Bazaar and Saddar that makes more sense.

i was just comparing the 2 saddars, saddar here is a garbage drum (literally). and dude tariq road and zamzama are totally different. the people who come to tariq road are different from the ones who come to zamzama, if you know what i mean. plus tariq road is a much bigger and more affordable than zamzama.

I was MENTIONING Administrative Control of Rawalpindi Saddar which is under Cantonment not even under Punjab Govt.

If you want to compare Karachi Saddar then Compare it with Rawalpindi Raja Bazaar not Rawapindi Saddar because in Rawapindi Saddar is for Upper Class Shopping like in Karachi Tariq Road(Only Difference is that Tariq Road isnt included in Cantonment but under Sindh Govt.), Zamzama and now a days Clifton are.

i think you ignored my post, i have mentiond that in my post karachi saddar also comes in administrative cantonment board and yeah you you can compare both saddars because of atrium mall, zainab markit international markit and many malls all this comes in saddar and cannt.

I was replying to Waleed not you BTW.
Saddar is Divided Area as Areas around Electronic Market, Kharadar, Meethadar comes under Sindh Govt while other side Atrium, Zainab comes under Cantonment and on Tower its KPT but Karachi Saddar is not POSH Shopping area like Rawalpindi Saddar rather it is More of a Lower Class Shopping Area like Rawalpindi Raja Bazaar while Karachi's Posh shopping Areas are Tariq Road, Zamzama and Clifton.
