Pakistan should try doing that. Unilaterally declare Bangladesh as rouge nation. Declare India a terrorist country. Ask China to put sanctions on India and also declare terrorist country.

Pakistan needs Afghanistan, it must make sure it doesn't become a Indian satellite state like Bangladesh and Bhutan. Secondly SAARC has achieved nothing substantial as far as I know. Indian influence ends here. They have isolated us from Bangladesh and Bhutan, with which we share zero interests. Afghanistan was pushed towards India because of our policy.

It should be clear policy of Pakistan, that any foreign organization which has vested interest in India cannot do business in Pakistan.
