treadmill is something a girl can do at home without any instruction - i gifted sole F63 treadmill to my sis on her birthday some years back --- the calories burnt on treadmill are the highest , second is elliptical


yesterday very cute girls came to the gym, didnt believe that they were wearing what they were wearing ... in pakistan -- anyways the trainer put them on shoulder press and forearm exercises--- complete waste of time to lose wt


treadmill will lose wt -- for some toning, you can add pilate or some lower body exercises
