How do you know that he took the picture to look arrogant? What if he took the picture to prove that he actually met British authorities so as to shut people like you up?

You can rant as much as you want about ''media superman'' or whatever nonsense you're feeding yourself, but there is now proof that this journalist met British authorities, which is a normal thing for journalists to do and not a conspiracy against angelic MQM, and that adds a level of credibility to his stories.

Scotland Yard is the Metropolitan police. Sarfraz Merchant has confirmed the authenticity of the documents and the Scotland Yard is now concerned for his safety. Join the dots. But your feelings can't change emotionally charged up peoples , who have been declared traitors , since 90s ?
Their leadership been never approved at national level to share the power at political level in so called damocracy of Pakistan ?

People have not been declared traitors---individuals are----. MQM has always shared power with the center since 2001----. Once they become a national party and have the ballot behind them---they will be in the driving seat.

Altaf Hussein has built a party with many others---he was the face of the party but not the sole maker of the party.

For the party to thrive and move ahead with the changing times-----Mr Hussein needs to retire from the party. If he truly loves his people and the party----then there is no better time for him to announce his retirement ( the real one ). He is not doing any service to the party anymore. And along with him---Mohammad Anwar needs to bid farewell as well.

The party needs to start afresh with a clear mind and a clear head and needs to leave the baggage behind----.

Bottomline-----all parties must be above individuals.

Good suggestion but the leaders in MQM know that anyone and everyone who suggested any such thing or voted against Altaf is going to end in a bori, because Altaf directly controls the killer squad through sector in-charges. Unless all sector in-charges are taken out in one go with help from MQM-1 leadership, then it may be possible. Untill that happens Mohajir community is in a big bucket of pickle. as they say what you sow, so shall you reap.

Okay----then if I go on a limb and state that if powers to be wants Altaf Hussein and Anwar out of the picture---then how would the mohajjir community feel about a new leadership.

It is my personal feeling that the mohajjir community needs to get out from under the fiefdom banner of the party leadership. The party members have the capability and ability to chose leadership of the party for two terms and them progress forward with new leadership----.

It will keep the party fresh and create an example for other parties to elect fresh leaders after two terms.
