May be because I am not in your shoes I don't get it. BUT even if that is justified, normalization will only occur if you bounce back from feeling bad. its in the interest of US and NATO allies that Pakistan maintains the current position in order to prolong an overall balance of the region in their favor eg in Afghanistan, central and south asia and specially the very volatile situations of middle east. I think US policy would be to give support to Pakistan to certain extent to ensure that the State of Pakistan never collapses

But on the other way around US would also like to keep engaging Pakistan in its internal cumbersome affairs of internal security war against terror etc so that Pakistan could never achieve its goals of the overall infrastructural/economic development and prosperity(economic corridor etc). In that way we would be strapped down by IMF,USAID and other US fundings and in return we would have to serve US national interests in the region specially keeping China away from us.

so thats how China could be isolated in the region and Pakistan would also be shackled through their loans/grants etc. that could be their great game plan

when it comes to asia we are that major player who usa has to tame to maintain a strong influence in the region. We are like that bone that is stuck inside Usa's throat ,if she throws it out she fears the formidable PakChina nexus (which isalready there and growing mashaAllah), and she cant swallow us down either cuz we arent some bloody easy bait.

But usa isnt really a friend. Its a country that wanted to destroy us and secondly, have u ever looked at the term AF-PAK , it always used to surprise me why usa always clubs us together. It looked like a great middle east sort of concept. That is spread so much anarchy in pakistan that its borders dissolve and af pak is more like a region with no central gov with every part flying away.

Usa had massively failed in herAF PAK vicious BS against us, thanks to Allah.

Now as a nation we should wake up start working and building oursleves to find our own solid footing in global arena.
