There's no US investment coming. India is being prepped for war with Pakistan so all you will see are MOUs and that's it.

US investment will come to Pakistan when the environment is right. Pakistan is a tough place to do business. And the biggest problem, as I see it, is not the government or the country's precarious economic conditions, but the judiciary. Several suo moto cases against foreign investments have scared off investors. What's the point of investing billions in a country only to be scared off by the courts?

Why Pakistan is not accepting this offer. We need to do it in parallel way and take maxium benefit from them and who ever offer best things for Pakistan, we should go that way and by competition by giant we will get best deal. So we should go a head and asked them to give us good and favorable deals

I believe we need to ask for investment in export manufacturing, chemicals and engineering goods, resulting into increase in our exports / reduction in imports. Investment in fast food chains and drinks shall not be encouraged for next few years. Need to keep focused approach for external investments.
