The top air force Command in Islamabad has received a Moroccan request for the acquisition of newly developed fighter jets in Pakistan, and military officials said that Morocco, Iran and Sudan have expressed interest in acquiring the Pakistani JF-17 Thunder aircraft, which was developed with China.

For his part, Pakistani Defense Minister Shahid Siddiq said eight countries, including Morocco, have expressed their desire to acquire the JF-17 Thunder aircraft and declined to specify the number of aircraft to be sold.

The Pakistan Embassy in Rabat said in a statement that it would be an appropriate opportunity for Pakistan to sell the "JF-17 Thunder" fighter developed with China. "This fighter is a multi-role aircraft and was manufactured at the Pakistan Aviation Complex in the city of Kamra.

The Pakistani embassy praised the fighter, and said it was very similar in performance to the American-made F-16, which is the backbone of the Pakistan Air Force, explaining that the "JF-17 Thunder" cost is half the cost of the US-made fighter.

If this much from Blk1/2, can't even imagine how much flare-up Blk3 will generate!!!!!! Especially with the background of "dirtiest politics" with defense materials to make them as proxy traitor tools of capitulation/subjugation for both men and materials, these guys are tremendously welcome relief!!!!! Not to mention long-term cost, kill switch, colonization etc. factors!!! Go Pak go!!!!!!

Great news; if true. Congratulations to Pakistan. This is the right trajectory; export JF 17 and from revenue R&D for another indigenous better plane.

.
morocco will not buy this aircraft ! it's just trick by moroccan to push western company to propose a good deals .

Would be nice to secure 2-3 Orders for different nations for Thunder
Morocco does have a very small airfore

But deal only is done when papers are signed as the saying goes

.
Morocco should buy 36 JF-17 for $ 1.5 to 2 billion including weapons, if it wants to have a decent airforce.. they only have 23 (one lost in Yemen) F-16 Blk 52 and 17 Mirage F-1 modernised..I think the price is right and they will integrate well with what they already have..through link-16 for example..
