Renewable energy boom in Iran

We have some idiots in Pakistan, who oppose solar energy developments.
What they don't understand or don't want to understand.... every photon falling not on PV cell is waste resource.

The cost per unit is too high in Pakistan. For reference check NEPRA site. Best solution for Pakistan is Mega Dams. Lowest per unit cost and water reservoir.
But it will be appropriate for those who can afford to install it at domestic level on Grid Solution. It will not only reduced load on grid but will add electricity to system when not in use.

.
What the heck they could continue 10km from each side and don't even have to cut a tree and they went and built this small one which is fit only for a university to make enough power for the campus.
lands belong to government and obtaining the lands are so difficult.
In my opinion building small power stations is good because that allow us to use electricity where we produce as result many costs and losses will reduce. we just need many of these solar stations in each city and villages.

I believe building small power-plans is only good if its on top of the houses and each house want to lower its electricity bill.
the plan must be to connect all power plans to national grid

Solar farms can be harmful to wildlife, it raises the temperature near the farm. And any birds flying over the area can be fried by the intense solar heat output. I am not sure what next gen technology they are working on to remedy these negative effects.

taught that problem only happens in big solar farms that produce hundreds of Mw of electricity ?

Thats only for a solar thermal plant using heliostats to run a steam turbine like shiraz, not a solar photovoltaic plant using solar panels to directly generate electricity.

That's arguable ..Nature has its own ways of converting energy and it's sustainable for long run ..

Even photovoltaic planets if cover a lot of space can reflect enough sun rays back into atmosphere to disperse clouds.

Ja OK.... and Pakistani politicians are the most farsighted nature lovers.
At least give some medal to them.

The solar panels reflect some light as well as absorb them. A giant array of solar panels is a big magnify glass for the suns rays and raises heat for wildlife flying around it.

Unfortunately, There is not huge amount of wild life in the Iranian deserts.
Actually, solar panels with reduction on water consumption in the compare of gas power houses are good for Iranian nature.
secondly, Iran plan is building many small solar powerhouses in different places not to build few huge solar powerhouses.
