Dude, the issue is that all states in India get a certain share of central funds, Delhi is asking for a bigger share, ie they want other parts of India to give up part of their budget so that aap can bribe the Delhi citizenry and fulfill irresponsible election promises. Why should the rest of the country give up their dues .? That is the question
