At least in the big cities. Wired home connections or maybe even satellite ones though it'll automatically be more expensive I know. And the data cap too.

In Dhaka at least where I live Dot Internet gives 12 Mbps (2 am - 7 pm) | 4 Mbps (7 pm - 2 am) for BDT 1000. 15|5 for BDT 1200. There're higher packages. At that price, no data cap, cache speed in Google services (GMail, YouTube), CDN cache download speed upto 100 Mbps in Steam, Origin, uPlay etc. but no Real IP address.

Mazeda, same format (though hours not specified in their website). 15|5 for BDT 1000 and 20|7 for BDT 1000. Same features. No data cap, no Real IP either, cache speed in Google services and video game download platforms.

I should mention they both give Real IP if requested but varies in pricing. Some charge on top of the monthly charge, or one time charge though former is more prevalent. Usually people don't need it but if you have problems in VoIP, online gaming and frequent torrent consumers need it.

Then Amber IT and Triangle with 10 Mbps/24hr at BDT 1200 with all the cells and whistles previously stated plus Real IP.

Well these are some of the most notable ones. There are of course more cheaper ISPs in congested areas like Mirpur and if you are the friend of a friend who works at any local ISP....

These are all download speeds buy. They generally try to match the upload speed and don't do abhorrent shit like 50 Mbps download but 5 Mbps upload like in some countries.

So, what's it like in Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Burma etc.? I know India's significantly larger market but maybe there as well.
@Gibbs, @Aung Zaya etc. Please tag others as I don't remember you all.

I pay PKR 2,500/- (PKR 3,361/- with Taxes) for a 50 MBPS (100 MBPS 2:00 AM to 10:00 AM) FTTH connection in Karachi. The ISP is FiberLink. They offer packages up to 500 MBPS and all their packages are true unlimited (not restricted by fraudulent "Fair Usage Policy" BS that some other ISPs apply).

I get 16mbps flat unlimited at 600rs permonth with static ip.
Rel jio fibre offering speeds upto 1gbps at around 600pm with some capping.but formal rollout of service will be by year end

I pay Rs 4500 for 8 MB link with TV and Phone from PTCL. Most of the time i get less than 1 MB speed. Telephone is out of order since last 4 months. PTCL are the worst. I have no other choice so I am stuck with PTCL :-(

500 Mbps unlimited for 1600 INR/month in Delhi
Does it hold up full speed? I hear horror stories from my relatives in the states that their 300 Mbps connection barely spurts out 40 Mbps in rush hour after a new neighbor moved in next door and got the same package.

In live in Chennai,India.I have a 200 Mbps unlimited( no cap on downloads or usage ) broadband connection for 1499 Indian rupees per month . My service provider is Cherrinet.Speeds are pretty stable, with the occasional ( I notice it at an average of once a week ) slowing of speeds .

In a few months, I plan to switch over to the 1000 Mbps(1Gbps) plan provided by ACT (2999 Indian rupees per month ). Hoping for a drop in the prices by around 25 percent in this plan in the near future .
