That is Arabian culture. Why do you people expect him to be master in Arbi culture. He is a punjabi by culture so were his forefathers. His forefathers did not come from Arabia but punjab so you should expect him to be knowing local culture more than foreign Arabi Culture. I think Allah wouldn't like anyone to start anything by his name or has Allah asked people to start every thing by his name.
It is Allah to decide if he is happy with him or not.

By that definition,Bible is middle eastern culture and pope should not be European,and Vatican shouldn't be in Italy...

before trolling u ppl need to know something. Every single child under 7 can recite Bismillah, its not long as paragraphs or something,

u read Bismillah before eating, or doing anything, we even expect children to know that,
