Hot. I like hot showers and warm beds, but cold weather.

Granted I prefer a hot soak outdoors on a cold day to a shower. I've always preferred baths.

Same shit with me man. I only do cold now which is so weird.

I'm sure the UK is cold and moldy but you are free to give your preferences as well.

Right now the weather's quite warm up to 30 degrees celsius (86 farenheit) on a warm day, so slightly cold showers for now. In all other seasons, including winter, I shower with hot water.

I much prefer cold weather here though, we aren't as prepared for warmer weather here.

I lived in New England and NYC for large of my life in the States, so I am very used to that climate. I've moved to Texas, and it's hot in a nasty humid way, not like Pakistan at all. Also there is lots of dust, allergens, and mold everywhere. I'm allergic to all of these things. It messes with my gym, work, family, friends, and everything else time. The cold showers help me breathe a lot easier, even though Pakistani elders insist on steam. Shit, they swear by steam and Vicks Vapor Rub for all of your illnesses.

I know what you mean, heat back in Pakistan for me is still more bearable than it is here for the same temperature. Here I sit in my living room wishing I had a working a/c, some fault has made is stop cooling properly and I wasn't able to spot it before now because I never need to use it. And I'm too cheap and lazy to get it fixed or replaced, I won't need it again for another year after the heat goes in a week or two.

Check to see If it's the compressor, or maybe your AC has frozen coils. Not sure If you have a central air unit or a personal AC, but you probably want to turn off your unit for about two hours and then let it run. If you are getting air and it's not cool, it could be due to a lack of freon. Your AC unit is probably frozen and you need to let it thaw out. If you have central air, you can turn on the heat and speed up the thawing process. There could be many things wrong, but I'd say generally 75% of the time, it's your AC being thrown off and freezing due to a low amount of air intake.
