Some Indians claiming their pilots regularly "Train" with SG F-16s. There's a Stark difference, you've pilot exchanges, while we train Qatari pilots (Us being instructors). Basically we know more about Rafale than IAF & QAF. Those claiming IAF Rafales are different, yes theyre but they feature the same radar and all the other gadgets.

Can anyone explain are Qataris Rafales have all the functions & know how of those Rafales which are acquired by IAF?
