People on r/india said it was, one guy specifically said he contacted ISP and they told him its due to "Govt. Regulations."

Reddit is not blocked at least for me. I use a Jio connection :

Some Indian citizens will have to bypass certain EPS Conduits to gain back access to Reddit.

I am able to access reddit and not using any proxy or any other methods for bypass. Article has no technical info but simply blows hot air. Probably its high time we blocked Reuters for peddling fake news.

Which Linux distro? BTW, they randomly are blocking many websites. Sooner or later, Indian internet will mean sankhnaad, organizer and RSS websites only. And ofcourse namo tv too.
