Not to eat prawn because of arsenic concentrations? Some fish higher up on the food chain like tuna and swordfish could be bad due to high mercury concentrations but I think most fresh water fish should be ok.
I like white fish in general, and fresh water fish in particular. I dont get my favorite fish here, so have to buy frozen fish imported from India/Bangladesh/SriLanka.
Dont know why she said no to prawn, may be because it has high calories.
Anyway, it is specific to me, I am sure prawn is good for most people.
