comparing with Sri lanka ? Sri lanka has very long history of first class cricket. Bangladesh has been introduced to FC after test status which is only one case.
and don't talk like stupid, Bangladesh won many series since 2010


it has nothing to do with lifting cup, cocky gets cocky you acted cocky, you got the cocky, that is how it works.

What will your team get by being cocky?...a proper thrashing when other teams get pissed off?. It's not as if your team is unbeatable like what the windiest or the Aussies were at a period in cricket...they could afford to be cocky ..and many other teams took their attitude in their stride.

Cricket has been played in East Pakistan for a long time. In fact it was played when Pakistan combined got the Test status 1954. So dont fool yourself by dodging facts.

Our next generation U19s is even better, beating South Africa U19 6:1 in Bangladesh and then 5:2 in South Africa. All rounder/Pacer Shanto, who is just 17, looks like a great prospect just as Mustafizur (19) and Tashkin (19) have been.

Lets focus on the 2019 world cup, by which time our bowlers and bats men will have matured and gained more experience...

Hope the BCB can organize a pacer hunt and build a couple of bouncy green pitches in Bangladesh so that the new bats men can have more experience of batting and fast bowlers can learn. Mustafizur is still really young and learning. He needs to put on a bit more muscle mass, he's bowling at 135k-142k and getting faster...Tashkin bowls at roughly 135k-145k, but needs to learn more variation.

Rubel used to bowl all over theplace, but recently he's tightened up on his line and length...

Our future bowlers to look out for are:

Abu Haider, left arm pacer
Shanto, all rounder / fast bowler
Mustafizur, left arm pacer
Tashkin, right arm pacer

Bro cant keep track of all these new blood! I remember a time when we were lucky to find just 1 medium pacer that could bowl a decent line and length....now there,s massive competition to get into the team. Existing players have to improve their performance or these new lads will take over.

Yeah a really good all round prospect....there are so many that are coming through the ranks....the seniors should look over their shoulders real quick.

When the BCB chairman talked about winning the 2019 world cup, I thought he's getting a bit carried away! Then I sat and thought about it, the 2019 world cup is 4 years away and by then these quality young players (sabir, sarkar, tashkin, mustafizur, das, shanto, mosaddek, haider, and many more will either join sakib, tammim, nasir, mominul, rahim or replace them). So by the time the the 2019 world cup comes around, the core of players will be quite strong, and full of confidence (whats the point of playing in the world cup if you dont believe you can win it).

A. Hasina dont like Pakistan, as she blames your country for supporting the murderers of her family and X number of Bangladeshis b4 1971.

B. The situation in Pakistan was not secure enough to allow other test playing countries to go to Pakistan so why should we?

Man Bangladesh are on 96 points in the ODI rankings, England are on 98 points....wouldn't it be sweet to rank above England...

I do not normally comment on sports but Bangladesh is developing as a cricketing nation and has improved a lot. There is still lots of room for improvement, but being insulting or aggressive may win matches but will not help with being respected as a team. Hope the team grows both on and off the field and the game is used to improve the nation's image.

They have no World Cup trophy in there Showcase. Mostly they Lose Semi Final.
Still they are considered as "One of the Best teams" .
