Ithought the post was clear and coincided with what was put forward. The final picture will be in accordance with the wishes of ALL THREE PARTIES.
A. Current boundares are recognized initially.Bitter pill but it will have to be swallowed by BOTH parties
B. Initially Kashmiris and then wider opening of borders. If you have seen what has happened at Kartarpur do you doubt it cannot happen in Kashmir?
C. If the US is arbitrating then do you think people will have much to complain? The force structure could be under UN auspisces. I think both India and Pak are tired of sustained hostilities on that border.
D.Dance the Luddi or Bhangra.
E. Again modalities can be worked out. However current populace will remain. There is no problem in Pak occupied kashmir. Perhaps you are unaware that a lot of Punjabis have their origins in Kashmir.Butt saheb!!!
F.My friend I have spent 60 plus years of my life lugging sand and mortar. What do I know. Your inference about pakistan and its demands and needs including Kashmiris is very naive and bereft of ground realities. Water is not only Pakistan's need but also Indian need. However it is not without reason that everytime there are riots in Indian occupied Kashmir pakistani flags are raised. Unlike the Indian occupied terrain women are not raped and molested in Pakistani Kashmir as an instrument of state orchestrated measure, and it remains peaceful with a political setup.
I am not sure what you are trying to get with you post but perhaps if you put your cards on the table then we can discuss.
A
A. if they are recognised, it means India has to shun it's stance of whole Kashmir as it's territory and be on negotiation table to defend Kashmir in it's occupation only...means India will start it from a loosing position....do you think it's gonna happen?
B. Kartarpur is Pakistan's initiative, India accepted it but with reluctance as it is wary of Khalistanis from Canada/UK will get a launch pad of propaganda and to influence Indian Sikhs....first given opportunity (terrorist activity etc.), they will close this corridor....On Kashmir, they will never accept it, as they have nothing to gain here (Pak is at advantage)
C. Nice...."if US is arbitrating..?" on what basis.....India's stand point to which Pakistan has signed and world knows about it is Shimla agreement/Lahore accord.....it's mutual and no third party is acceptable to them....why they will agree to US mediation.
D. Yup..thanks for clarifying.
E. Why they will remain....why not whole Kashmir/Gilgit goes into UN Plebiscite?...because that was the case when UN resolution came out in 1948.
F. You are again striking the the wrong string....I have not discussed what is happening in Indian side of Kashmir...off course there is problem there and we all know it...I was asking Pakistan's so called love for Kashmir vs Kashmiris...Had it been Kashmiris more, Pak side of Kashmir wouls have got some development in past 70 years...I have seen roads, hospitals and schools there..not a single airport. I have also visited India ans as part of it, Jammu, Srinagar, Pahalgaum, Sopore, Baramula etc.....I can say facilities and infrastructure over there is far better than Pakistan. So if we need Kashmir, why not demonstrate some empathy for Kashmiris of our side by giving them better living amenities.
