Forget everything, we know that in India, USA or europe the frequency of Rape cases is much higher than pakistan or some of the muslim countries, why?? The european countries or USA, i mean these are well educated societies na..rich, progressive countries right.. then why? why so much rape cases?? just check the ratio of rapes in those countries, google..., what is wrong in those societies?? just analyse why in india, europe or USA the ratio of rapes is so high...
jab tak hum rapes ki reasons ko sahi samajh nahi paen gay, tu khatam kernay ka tu sawal hi paida nahi hota..
Aur Islam insaan ko hamesha sahi guide kerta ha, ALLLAH apni makhlooq ko sub say behtar aur sahi samajhta ha tu kion na Islam say guidance lain.

now these are official figures, mostly reports of Law enforcement agencies of these countries..
Now let me ask, that USA, France, UK, germany, canada and most other countries in the list are among the countries which are rich, progressive, highly educated, where sex education is must & taught in their educational institutes right... They have well trained strong Police (which actually do its job) & vibrant/active judicial system...Then why??
why these countries are among the top 10 countries when it comes to rape crime, why in such western progressive societies rape has become a cancer, they have everything u know, still why?? think, analyse with neutral mindset and then conclude what are real reasons...

The committee met under the chairmanship of the PPP’s Senator Kazim Khan for a roundtable discussion with representatives from bar councils. “We will first determine why the conviction rate is zero and whether [it is something inherent] in the laws, the judiciary or the legal procedure itself,” Senator Kazim told The Express Tribune on Sunday. “In my opinion, the stages of legal procedure, investigation and trial require comprehensive legislation,” said Senator Imam.

According to the Human Rights Commission of Pakistan’s (HRCP) 2013 report, 2,576 cases of rape were registered in Punjab in 2013 – the highest among all provinces. According to official records, 127 cases of rape and three cases of gang-rape were registered in Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa last year, whereas 27 cases of gang-rape were reported in Sindh. The conviction rate in cases of sexual and other violence against women remained critically low and on December 13, female senators staged a walkout from the Senate to protest the lack of convictions.

USA and European nations cannot be compared with Pakistan or Muslim nations due to different rape laws.

In Sweden for instance every act of rape is a separate case.

I was talking about real reasons of a crime not about the laws..
why a crime is occurring with such a higher frequency in any given society, and about india..
well leave rest of india only delhi is called Rape capital by indian and international media..

But still if anyone thinks that these are not real reasons (discussed in the videos) and something else is the reason, so be it..

Laws define what is rape and what is not rape

Consider the below example

In India even consensual sex with someone under 18 (say 17) is considered rape as the underage partner is considered incapable to consenting.

But same in China is legal as age of consent the is 14.

So same case will be considered normal in China but in India considered as a rape case.

India has the reputation for rape capital of the world. lol.

One real reason for such rapes in our country is the incompetency of police. Its such a shame if you look at all the events related to this recent case. There is trail of dead bodies in radius of few kilometers and police had no clue what they are dealing with. I wonder if there is any accountability for those who constantly fail to do their jobs. We need to enhance our forensic capability and also train officers for new challenges.

i am getting what you are saying, i am not discussing definition of rapes in different societies, my discussion is in the context of rapes that happened recently in Qasoor, well such crime is called rape/crime worldwide, i am talking about the reasons of such crimes...

reasons vary - lack of sex education, patriarchal culture, social stigma of rape victims, police cooperation in rape case etc

Unless we do not give out punishment to criminals publically, you can not effectively stop crimes. We need constitutional amendment and allow execution of punishments from hanging to cutting hands to every punishment legally allowed publically.
