Treatment of animals in Muslim world is not good. I notice bad trends in Arab world too. We need a cultural revolution to change way we treat our animals. Learn from the Prophet(SAW) who treated cats and dogs very well. He made sure his followers would give water to thirsty dogs in the desert.

He also said be merciful to what is on the ground so the One in the heavens will merciful towards you.

I think it has more to do with illiteracy than religion. If you see these people are mostly from tribal or illiterate section of the society of Pakistan.

In Vietnam, parts of China and in the jungles of Cambodia and Laos, they don't slaughter dogs. They just put a living dog in hot water and kills it. I have seen it.

Europeans were also famous for hunting tigers and deers but now due to industrialization, people are more concerned about animal rights.

Bangladeshis are very docile by nature, also there is nowhere to legally hunt in peace.

Plus as the post above mine shows, the ownership of guns is very low, which is a good thing to be honest.

Violent gun crime is low in Bangladesh in comparison to other countries.

People hunt for recreation, in Bangladesh majority of the population isn't aware of the concept of recreation, it's goto work, eat, sleep and repeat and the middle class which is forming as we speak are city dwellers who use their leisure time in the malls and not elsewhere.

I may be wrong but in my opinion the cultures are also vastly different, masculinity means different things in Pakistan than it does in Bangladesh.

Bangladesh to be honest has a very unique culture; society built on secularism with strong Bengali (Hindu) influences but with a docile Sufi Muslim majority population,... All this makes for a very absurd mix.

most of the cases the arrest and fined the guys . fines are between 50000 to 3 lakhs as per case .some went jails too . KPK department take action of based of social media info most of times and but other wild life departments like sindh punjab balochistan are sleeping tight . hardly any action taken . many groups shear actions of KPK wildlife department . i am not fully satisfied but atleast they are doing something rather then nothing . but this jahalat is not stopping sir we need a huge compagn like billion trees .

Here in US i see more bird species then flock of one birds in Pakistan. Its pretty sad that Pakistanis have no regard for nature or wildlife.
However I do support controlled hunting where revenue is being generated. like 50K rupee for each bird hunted. something like that.

Hahaha As I suspected. All of these mass hunting is taking place in Khyber Pakhtunkhawa.

Its all of these weird tribal culture and all I think. KPK is filled with tribal people.
