A dearest friend, i consider him my Brother, from Baltimore, Maryland USA. These are the honest views of an honest person i have ever seen in my life. Courtesy of Patrick. Thanks :)

United States born Resident's View on America:
First let us begin with I am 33 years old. I have a pretty varied genetic code structure from various ethnicities. I am pretty eclectic in lifestyle and assimilate into my life quie a bit of cultures in not only my living, but also my mindset. Establishing values that are not typical to my country of origin. In no way do I call myself an American Citizen as those who are born here are deemed. I find that being called a citizen of any country without a choice does not make you a citizen, but a person born into a society you might choose to like or not. You should be given an option for residence based on testing to make sure you are capable of making such decisions without any mental illness or lack of competency. I state again, I am not an American Citizen; by choice anyway. I am just a denizen of this country.

What most people think, USA is a great country and a country of freedoms is probably blinded by propaganda and bad advertisement. Couple this with the old ideals and perks of living in the United States probably pre 1980's and it might seem like an ideal country to live in. You are told you have all of the freedoms in the world. That this is a land you can have a dream and make it a reality. Anything you want to accomplish can be done here. Sadly, this is a false understanding of this country and a very poor image portrayed of it. First off, we are not the only country with alleged 'freedom'. There are over 100 countries with these same freedoms; if not many more than our own.

So to say this is a country of freedom, or as others state; the only country of freedom: You are poorly mistaken and should look at the freedoms of other countries before this one. Now outsiders get a lot of perks when they come to this country. If you are foreign and not domestic; our government has a ton of nice little programs to start funding you for foreign exchange college programs, start your own business with a United States program set to fund you for about $50,000 USD (Which you get this funding for a couple years last I checked. Meaning you get this amount every year or so). When this funding runs out you can simply transfer your business to a family member and take your spoils home while they get the new perks. Never having to become a citizen.

Besides all of this wonderful freedoms and great tax cuts; what does a citizen get here? Nothing. Harsh taxation, almost little to no medical coverage through the government. We are set to hold a standard of wealth which is miniscule in comparison to those of the rich. When I say the rich I do not mean millionaires. No, they are considered middle class by that of economical scaling shown in recent statistics. We are speaking about the billionaires. Millionaires find their selves with less troubles than those with less, but not by a great margin. Now, let us look at how the laws work here. We are told there is freedom, but where? The NSA, CIA, and FBI now have more than enough rights to spy on you for walking funny. Laws are passed to be detained without trial and treated as guilty. This bypasses our law of innocent before proven guilty. What allows them to do this? Claim we are a terrorist to the country. How do you become a terrorist to this country? Simple. Don't agree with even one thing they pass as a law or standard. That bill ensures you can be marked and taken. No rights to anything; as if you were some common criminal.

The country has spent decades upon decades building up these false perceptions of freedom. They spend a ton of marketting on making us look great. There is nothing great about us. We do not maintain the civility we perpetuate. We are a country of barbarity. We lack any semblance of a civilized culture or society. we care not for our neighbors. We care not for anyone but ourselves. We let our poor die in the streets and kids go without the proper education they deserve. This country was built on core beliefs that are no longer in play. "Well, your country was born from a melting pot of others. Things seem so fair." Show me the fairness? This country is built on lies and murder. Native Americans were the ones who by default this country belong too. Asians by anscestry. These same people offered their clothes, food, and wares to those who came here. Offered to share land and homes with those from the old world. No where did they agree to have their women raped, children killed, and their men beaten and killed for more and more land. No where did they agree to be pushed back and back while their race was being pushed into close extinction. Show me this countries fairness. I am descended from Native Americans. I wish my anscestors had killed the Europeans pouring into this "new world".

Funny, I state above this is a "new world" to those of the past. It really was not. Erik the Red had been here prior to Colombus. So did many other vikings. They knew about this land long before he set sail. You think it was coincidence he found this place? Read some more books where you don't know the past. This country has a way of altering and changing history. Find a recent school book with Paul Revere's ride. You won't find it. Those who remember it know it was the ride meant to rebel against the English. Now, we removed this fun fact to hide that this country has rebelled over its masters before.

Why was the above brought into this? To show the facts that this country was built on lies and murder. That deceit has always run rampant here. We are a political masterpiece of enslavement. If we add in the tax dollars earned by the government and how it is distributed we can being to see there is a huge disappearance in money. I won't go into all of this, but not everything is accounted for. Just as there is the National Deficit; which there are several MILLIONAIRES and BILLIONAIRES who dump their tax returns into this deficit to lower it. Now, does that mean the deficit is worse than is shown or that money is not truly contributed? We will never truly know without a legal push to attain the records of taxes, returns put into the deficit, and the true expenditure of this Nation's funds.

I am sorry. There truly is no freedom here. The 1st Amendment has been bypassed unnoticed (Allowing for any other amendment to be bypassed now). The American public was blind to it and made jokes about the recent laws it affected; not once thinking what was truly at stake. I am referring to the establishment of employment allowing religious views to mandate what benefits their employees receive. Funny, the 1st amendment was the reason there was never to be religion and matters of business or state intertwined. Welcome to the loss of your freedoms Americans. One amendment gone; the rest shall follow.

As I say, I am not an American. I am born into America. If I was truly free I should be allowed the right to choose my country to be a citizen of. A country to call home. Not to be forced into a home I do not like or agree with. I know this will receive the "Then just leave". I cannot. My passport is revoked due to my son being illegally kidnapped against a legal document set by the state of Delaware to contain my son in the tri-state area. When they allowed my ex to take my son with no recompense for actions; I stopped paying for their crime they allowed. Now I suffer for it.

Where is my freedom? Where is my freedom to choose? Where is my freedom to live as I want? Where is my freedom to have a law stand for me when courts can bypass any law they want; allowing for felony acts to be treated as common privilege. Where is my freedom to keep my money (yes, there is laws saying a worker need not pay taxes on their income; which you can beat in court, but only if you run your own business and write your own checks)

And he thinks he knows it all about America, whoever is this 'Patrick'. What he said is nothing but rehashed stale arguments, not to illuminate anything about America, but more as attempt to explain to himself as to why he is in America and not anywhere else, especially when those 'anywhere else' have so much more freedoms than America does. As an aside, this 'Patrick' seems to be confused between 'freedom' and 'right'.

Nothing but a big yawn here.

Individual accounts should not be used to form a opinion about a country, many have made it big in US & many have not,no need for generalization

Funny. He stated other places have more freedoms. What are you talking about. He said this place lacks it. No one reads stuff that long. You just skimmed it.

seems to be confused between 'freedom' and 'right'.
If you read any of this, these were facts based on no freedoms. No rights. The land is stolen and all about lies.

Individual accounts should not be used to form a opinion about a country
These are his views, you have all the rights to disagree, but he mentioned the facts about No Freedom and No rights.

Patrick's Reply for you my brother, "Rights are not different than freedoms. As freedoms provide rights. I'm assuming american military idiot responding. Freedoms give or deny rights. True freedom makes everything a right. Freedom politicaly gives abundant rights. Lack of freedoms is little to no rights. I am just annoyed. American military professionals are generally pretty stupid in my opinion. Most who join the military in a non-scientific form are doomed to stay in the military or law enforcement. Else they cannot get a decent job without college. Local restaurants pay civilians better than those meat heads. If they dont use that gi bill they are most often screwed. Hence all the homeless and unemployed vets. Spent all their money and are bashed"

Based on his wonky use of the English language, I'd say he isn't from the US. It's a bit tricky for me to say based on the weird word usage, but that last bit makes me think that he refuses to pay child maintenance dues to his ex-girlfriend/wife, which means he's a layabout toerag. It makes him sound like the kind of fellow that likes to blame other people for his own failings. He likely would be unhappy in any country.

Hey, nothing is stopping you from seeking all these freedoms you want wherever in the world you want. So why are you still in USA? Oh wait, imperfect as it is, it is still one of the best places on the planet.

Please read the complete stuff and then comment, he already said that his Passport has been confiscated by the Government. You need to read it complete.

That makes sense. But why should he pay to his Ex. When she doesn't even let him meet his little kid.

That happens only if he is declared a flight risk and there is a court process underway. What we have here, Sir, is probably a criminal under indictment. I did not want to push that point, but since you brought it up ...... :D

LOL you need to read it first. Passport is confiscated because he refused to pay to his Ex because she never let him meet his young Son. Read it please then Reply :close_tema:

Yes Sir, he is indicted in court for violating provisions of the law. He is also a flight risk. He, Sir, is a criminal under trial, like I said before. He is therefore presenting his own lopsided and pathetic story without much credence to it.

That makes sense. :agree: But he was forced to do so. As he didn't get his justice.

Please do keep in mind that this is only one side of the story, and therefore extremely biased, with an ulterior motive. If he thinks he could father a child and then not pay the court ordered alimony, then he has a perverted sense of justice and entitlement too.
