There is option of building a new dam at Neela Saandh in Islamabad it will solve the water problem of twin cities or at least decrease it

Had the opportunity of taking out the mud accumulated in Rawal dam by using large dumper trucks when the dam had hit dead level in the months preceding the monsoon....
Too bad....no point in crying over spilt milk now
