RAW officer in PMO was B'desh mole for 5 years

NEW DELHI: Sending shockwaves in the country's highest and possibly
the most secure place - the Prime Minister's Office (PMO) —is an
espionage scam involving an undercover Bangladeshi spy. Dewanchand
Malik posted as a high ranking deputy director of the Research and
Analysis Wing (RAW) for five years is absconding now.

The alleged infiltration of the PMO's office was revealed after Anuj
Bharadwaj, director, Aviation Research Centre, who is working in the
Cabinet Secretariat, registered an FIR at the Lodhi Colony police
station. With no trace of the alleged mole, he has been declared an
absconder.

The alleged Bangladeshi spy, Dewanchand Malik, alias DC, was working
in the PMO's Cabinet Secretariat as deputy director of RAW between
1999 and May 2005. It is feared that Malik has leaked confidential
security information. He is also believed to have stolen some
sensitive documents.

As soon as the breach was revealed, a team immediately left for 24
Parganas in West Bengal to verify the residential address given by
Malik. However, locals told the team that Malik was, in fact, a
Bangladesh citizen.

Intelligence agencies have issued a lookout notice for the fugitive.
A team has been set up to probe Malik's disappearance.

Over the years, a spate of espionage cases has rocked the nation.
Joint secy in RAW, Rabinder Singh, defected to the US on June 5,
2004. In 2002, 12 former staff of the PMO and the Rashtrapati Bhavan
Secretariat were sentenced to 10 years' rigorous imprisonment in the
Coomar Narain espionage case of 1985.

LOL! LOL! LOL!

Indian Bengalees and NE people easily cooperate with us. They hate India - almost 100% do.

If its true

Then a good intelligence coup for Bangladesh and very embarrasing for PMO or RAW ! What are their secret services of Bangladesh called ?

If not

Then poor Mr Malik is at the bottom of the Indian Ocean after he had a mysterious heart attack while undergoing a friendly interview with RAW and the police complaint was made to cover-up the missing person report which could be filed by a relative later in say a court and the Court may order a police inquiry! I don't think the Bangladesh Govt will protest if one of their Indian spy goes missing.

In UK the MI5 and MI6 donot file any charges on investigations they carry out but later in the official police complaint which is a public document it will simply mention " In a joint investigation by Met police and MI 5 it was determined " - which basically means that the Met Police was included later so that courts would consider the operation, arrest, and evidence collected as legal.

Regards

1.Malik was one of many Bengalees in India who sincerely believe PB/WB is IOB (Indian Occupied Bengal). Bengalee officers in Indian armed forces openly talk to us about the discrimination they face in promotions, etc. They have to work extra hard to make up for being "non-martial".

2. A populous sate WB/PB has no Bengalee Regt yet.

3. There is no confirmed info about Malik's whereabouts. But I hope this Bengalee patriot is alive and well.

You have 0 Knowledge about regiment.

There is no regiment from Karnataka or Kerala. Does that mean they can't join ?

Regiment name is Just name and nothing more.

For example, Rajput Regiment. Do you think all are Rajputs ?
For example, Assam regiment, Do you think all are Assamese ?

There are from many states. Same with Strong Assam rifles, Assam regiments. All are not Assamese. They are from all states. You can find Bengali people in every regiment. Regiment is for country and not state. sometime, Assam regiment are located in J&K and Jat regiment are located in Assam. Most of the time Naga regiment (Nagaland) are not in Nagaland but elsewhere.

Indian Bengalis are good fighters. You will find them in every regiment and every top post.

But Historically, Bangladeshi are no-martial. They are not capable to fight war. We all seen in last many decades including 1971. This is fact.
