I doubt "RAW" would be crediting your general for anything and call him a fancy name...I it was a ISI letter then that's a different matter..besides I don't think your general invited himself to the US way back on 15th October - one month in advance.

Such fake letters are routine on pakistani Facebook fanboi pages.
