RAW agent arrested

LAHORE: The Crime Investigation Agency (CIA) of Lahore Police on Saturday arrested a suspected Indian terrorist, believed to be working to smuggle Pakistan-made weapons to India, an official said. The official said the suspect was a member of the Indian Research and Analysis Wing (RAW). Police said they arrested Nazir Hussain, resident of Mendhar Poonch area of India-held Kashmir, from Islampura and registered a case under Section 121-A of the Pakistan Penal Code (PPC) and Section 14 of the Foreigners Act. During initial investigation, Hussain confessed that he and his two accomplices - Muhammad Sharif and Hussain – were working for RAW, adding that he had crossed the border 15 times. He said an Indian Army official, Prithvi, gave him the money for transporting the weapons to India. staff report

We have a confession, and this kind of confession should never be taken lightly. I dont know why Indian members are getting so damn defensive...if Indians were in a similar situation they would be threatening an Indo-Pak War Part 4

Pakistan is restraining in presenting the evidence for 2 reasons

1. Pakistani Forces are focusing in fighting against terrorist in our westren borders. we cannot afford to create tension with India right now. thats why we are holding back the evedence. It would be un wise to present evidence, which will emotionally charge public...which ultimately will force govt to take offensive posture and play right in hands of enemy(india) this thing will ultimately split our concentration of eastren and westren borders

2. Pakistan wants to give diplomacy a chance. we succeded when US undersectery ordered India to close its consulate in Jalalabad. we are trying to use diplomacy and US help to contain indian agression. may be india will realize that what it is doing can altimately have fall backs not only in pakistan but also in india

We have an entire museum of pakistan weapons caught in kashmir. We don't have to use our agents to smuggle weapons out of pakistan. We can just buy them in afghanistan and 10 other places.

Its amazing these kinds of bedtime stories are believed. This is the 30th or so raw agent held in lahore this year, all storied carried by some newspapers (only) for domestic consumption... and you lap it up.

guys this is just baseless claims on both sides.....INDIAN media keeps on saying terrorists caught ammunation seized....but all that happens only on 9 o clock news...and same goes for us....
