consider these facts :

- a stealth drone , more modern than B2 , was detected and hacked to land in iran intact. how can iran detect stealthy unmanned aircraft that is more stealthy than all manned stealth airplane ? not to mention hacking their navigation ?
- while iran certainly have more capable scientist than US (education in iran is turning out more science oriented graduates compared to US lackluster useless graduates) , iran certainly worked together with russian and with chinese to develop anti stealth radar. the routine incursion of that stealth drone provided iran with great training tool for their anti stealth equipment.
- B-2 if it only rely on stealth , it will be shot down and the whole western world will suddenly realized that the US military superiority is just a MYTH , just like when the great M1A2 Abrams SEP was destroyed by ordinary RPG (tandem warhead) in iraq , and merkava mark 4 vs Kornet ATGM.. The common notion of russian technology is crappy was shattered when the overconfidence israeli armour rolled into lebanon 2006 and met Kornet head on.
- B-2 have some kind of 'penetration mode' that will limit airfoil movement and using low altitude to decrease their detection radius. but even this will be useless against russian air defense radars..
- the usual HARM (anti radiation missile) tactic that always used by western air forces to destroy enemy radars, will be negated in the next war, because of the russian deployement of anti-HARM missiles, small missiles that shot of the HARM before they can destroy russian radars.
- a single sub launching test warhead undetected off US west coast.. the chinese were showing that they can launch nukes off the US coast and US cannot do anything about it..
- the shutdown of USS Donald Cook's systems by SU24 jammers, it is a sign from russia that they have the tech to mess with western tech if they trying to push russia into a corner..
- the mess in LA's air traffic control , first said to be a U2 flying around and the denied by USAF, revealed to be a jamming operation by a TU95 Bear flying off the West coast.. another sign from Russia to let US know that they got counter for US tech..

if the US trying to mess up with russia , this will be the next world war.. and im sure Russia and Europe dont want a world war that happened on their own soil, while the US wants to have a world war that happen on other nation's soil..

Back on topic: As I recall, RAF Fairford, where these B-2s are stationed, is an FOB for US strategic bomber operations. The infrastructure there was upgraded in 2008 to include climate controlled hangars and stealth coating maintenance docks. This shows that the B-2s can be quickly readied for an offensive operation whilst they are there. Perhaps its a little too convenient that they are there as the Ukrainian Crisis rages. Mobilizing units like this to such a location sends an obvious threatning message to Putin. He is not stupid after all. He knows there are no innocent gestures in foreign politics.

i dont know to laugh or to cry seeing comments from pro-western that believed in the MYTH of US military superiority , when history said otherwise. There is a tendency from US / Pro-Western commenter to think other nation's military is crap compared to US military. I'm sure the declining quality of western education reflected in these deluded commenters, since historically the US military never won a war against major powers.

The MYTH of US military superiority was created from beating low grade countries like Grenada, Panama, Iraq, Libya, Afghanistan.. and before someone said Iraq is a great nation militarily, let me remind you that Iraq's military (with US help) cannot defeat the demoralized iranian military in the Iran vs Iraq war. Iran that was weak from the Islamic Revolution still beat the Iraqi western-backed invasion to stalemate. Only the use of Chemical Weapons on iranian soldiers stopped the iranian's further incursion into iraq.

Nowadays, the commenters from US/West that never even try to understand Geopolitical situation, always comment 'US the best, we will bury you' , these kind of people really saddened me because they lap up their own goverment's lies..
