We Americans have learned the hard way that death sentences against rapists must always be confirmed by DNA first.

Reports suggest he was caught red handed. There are around a dozen eye witnesses. DNA evidence should be used but we have a shortage of forensic laboratories (the one with Sindh Police isn't functional) and with eye witness accounts and circumstantial evidence, the accused will most likely plead guilty before the court.

Anyways, Pakistan hasn't executed any prisoner in the past 7 months (around 9 months maybe) other than on terrorism charges. The Federal Govt. has been mulling over abolishing the death sentence altogether except for treason, terrorism and war against state.

Baby Brianna it was a news story about a 6 month old who had been beaten to death. She was covered with bruises from head to toe, she also had bone breaks, all different healing times. She had also been raped both vaginally and anally by not only her father but her uncle as well. Both her parents were abusing her and her grandmother knew and did nothing. Ive never been so pissed off in all my life as I was watching that.
