. . .
looks fantastic!!!!!!!!!

I have noticed one thing, it all looks empty!!!!!!!!!!!

Were are the People!!!!!!!!!!!

Anyways, there are numerous rumors about the great building, but empty offices.....

China is a very peculiar country. I am here in Shanghai since one month on a consulting assignment for a large shipping company. I haven’t seen so many skyscrapers as they are here. Shanghai port is something that is out of the world. It is unimaginable whether any country can ever build infrastructure so rapidly. However, there is dark part to it. My research show that there are around 6 million apartments in China that are unoccupied, yet the prices are so high that people cannot afford. Yesterday I met the officials of BaoSteel, the third largest steel company in the world. I was shocked to hear that government here has plans to build a million more apartments in next six months.

Officially, China may be growing at a rate of 10% per annum, but I feel it should be growing at a rate of around 14% per annum
