Thats a very blank statement...but does what you say happen ?...yes it happens...if a girl reports her rape then no man will come forward to marry her...which is bizarre to say the least...but they will happily marry a good looking girl that has slept with five guys and 2 uncles...and i am not denying that the number per 100000 wont change if you do take into account the unreported cases...but BBC with such a provocative title should stop behaving like britian has no rapes at all...there are many cases where the victims family takes revenge by murdering the accused family members or the rapists themselves...its only reported as murder...but the real reason would have been the not so reported rape.
