your post says alot but no one is ready to accept that the problem is there, in particularly pakistanis, I as an Indian and girl accept that We have the problem in our country, and ready to discuss but who will raise the voice of those poor girls in pakistan, specially minorities?

Discussing on forum does a little to help the issue on ground. Particularly here it becomes a troll fest.

you are right, but if discussion is allowed then we should not only discuss about India but pakistan too , then we will see less trolls.

I have no problem with allowing discussion as long as it is done with due regard to forum rules. Problem with such threads is that trolls do not allow a discussion to go anywhere. I am watching this thread and am just about ready to shut it down because it has already become a troll magnet.

Not that I am trying to negate your argument, I think rape definition differs in different cultures and societies. And reporting of the case is another factor, in our societies it's a stigma and an end of life for the victim so people try to conceal the incident.

Reporting not a stigma in indian society not even in tribal areas.Rape is too rare in india that's why it becomes big news with wide agitation of public for quicker justice unlike any country in the world.

Not that I am trying to negate your argument, I think rape definition differs in different cultures and societies. And reporting of the case is another factor, in our societies it's a stigma and an end of life for the victim so people try to conceal the incident.

Administration should have banned this topic long ago as this is not something which kids with keyboards can discuss. As forum is now run on commercial basis instead of donation, so perhaps traffic is required to keep the forum up & running.

We indians and pakistani both are cultural, social closed society with brothers, fathers ready to kill any one for just a comment to there sister or daughters unlike any other country forget religion our race is like that we can't tolerate crimes such as rape.
