The Pandora box you are referring will cause problems not only to Zardari but to illegal weapon, drug and builder mafia as well, so all these will make sure to keep the scope of the investigation restricted to Naqeeb case only

I understand what you are saying sir. Agree with it as well to a large extent! However, again, nothing is impossible really. Plus we all know that all this mafia is interconnected so it is mainly about starting from one end. Once enough will is present to do that, we may well have a domino effect!

Plus, as per my discussion with a Sindh police officer some three years ago, Rao Anwar is bad for sure but it is not like everything about him have been bad!! Anyway, that is for some other day. For now, it is time to follow the court hearing!

One of the biggest hurdle rather the root cause of many problems in the society is the old jaded judicial system. Judiciary has failed to modernise and reform itself so most of times it has set the hardened terrorists free either due to widespread corruption in the judiciary or some other reason. Thus many times police and agencies have resorted to settle the cases outside the courts which is also unacceptable since it opens up a whole new loophole and it is simply illegal.

Also most of the people are dissatisfied and feel there is no justice for the common masses especially if they are up against powerful and that has often resulted in people exploring the alternatives i.e. Taliban's Sharia, Jarga, Panchiyat.

Justice plays a vital role for existence of a state as an entity. Saqib Nisar, instead of addressing the core issues of the structure, functioning and number of judges, merit etc has created a distraction by indulging into the day to day affairs of the govt...by visiting hospitals, taking suo motos on not so significant issues which could have been relegated to the lower courts through proper delegation of powers. Like Ch. Iftikhar, Saqib Nisar is also doing a popularist job. He utters funny statements like baba "rehmatay" but fails to punish the culprits indulging in the contempt of the court.
Talking about this issue has become a taboo in Pakistan and no one seems to be ready to discuss it as they fear being held against the contempt of the court.
