So what if Qatar can raise Isis ? those barbarians are getting owned by the Iraqi and Syrian army and holding black money or being a tax haven does not mean Switzerland is more powerful than Pakistan. Maybe you consider the Cayman Islands to also be a world power.Both these countries are rich in terms of GDP per capita and high living standards but that does not make them powerful they have little military,cultural, political or economic clout on the international stage.
I've never heard of Switzerland and Qatar ever being considered among the most powerful countries in the world putting these minnows in the same league as the likes of the U.N P5 and India is a joke and even more ridiculous when you consider that Mexico,Indonesia,Brazil or South Africa are nowhere to be seen on this list.
