Buddy, please correct yourself, Pakistani elite will drive a indian made car not owned. Elite will pay and they will own the car.

It is as simple as, you have to produce and sell your product, and the people who can afford will enjoy the luxury.

I dont know why its a news. Land Rover has been in Pakistan for over a decade now with Sigma Motors its local distributor.
