oh yeah, I'm definitely travelling half way across the world for an aftar :P
bro, it is not invitation but more of an offer. In case you're around, you're welcome and it extends to everyone and to most of other days in the year as well but especially in Ramadan.

. .
Ramadan Mubarak. Please remember others in your prayers as well. May ALLAH bless us with all the benefits of this Ramadan as we are lucky to have it. May ALLAH make us to earn every blessing in this Ramadan & be able to be forgiven for our sins (intentional or unintentional). Remember those who left us. Please pray for Pakistan that ALLAH may protect, save us & give us the strength to pass through difficult times & victory for us.

Ameen.

Ifthar evening meal for Ramadan
KARACHI: The Central Ruet-e-Hilal Committee has announced moon of Ramazan-ul-Mubarak has been sighted all over Pakistan and the holy month of Islamic calendar year begins from tomorrow. Tuesday, 07 May 2019.

What is Ramadan?
Ramadan is considered the most sacred and pious month for fasting and praying for all the Muslims around the globe. It is said that Prophet Mohammed had once said, “When the month of Ramadan starts, the gates of heaven are opened and the gates of hell are closed and the devils are chained.”

Why do Muslims fast during Ramadan?
Fasting during the Ramadan is actually considered the fourth pillar out of the five pillars Muslims follow as the duties of Islam. It is known as Sawm. The other four pillars of Islam are as follows:

1. Shahadah: Profession of faith
2. Salat: Praying five times a day in a proper manner
3. Zakat: Donate a portion of your income to the needy
4. Hajj: The pilgrimage to Mecca

Usually, the fasting lasts until the crescent moon is seen, typically around 29 to 30 days.

Here’s how you can follow a good diet plan to follow this Ramadan 2019.

1. Water in Suhoor
A lot of people focus on eating oily food in suhoor and completely neglect water. The human body needs water more than it needs food. It’s only your brain saying that you need to eat – but truly, the body needs fluid to survive. Humans are 70% fluid and the best way to have a good satisfying suhoor is to make sure you take plenty of fluids (preferably water or natural juices) to stay hydrated for a long day.

2. Fruits in Iftar
Heavy desserts may seem tempting at iftaar, but the best way to have a great iftar is to fulfill that sugar craving by eating fruits. Fruits with lots of fluid such as oranges and watermelon can be a really good way to replenish your body after a long day of avoiding food.

3. Give in to temptation at Iftar – sometimes
Just because you have to keep on a ‘strict’ diet plan doesn’t mean you can’t occasionally binge. Diet and health experts also allow cheat meals and the same rule should apply in Ramadan!

4. Brisk walk post Iftar
Eating a lot after a long day without food is not exactly going to make you feel great. The best way to take yourself out of that post overdose binge is a nice walk. A small walk or any exercise regimen, really, is going to make you feel refreshed and snap you out of the food coma.

5. Healthy Foods to Snack On
Iftar is not the end of the meal. For those of us who like to stay up late in Ramadan, there are plenty of healthy ways to snack on. Nuts, granola bars, berries and fruit yoghurt are great snacks to chew on.

Well I do plan on travelling around the world for some adventure and exploring after some time.
Perhaps we can catch up some day and have a face to face argument :P
