1. It was the Court that had ordered locking Babri Mosque until further verdict by the court in the past BUT the hardliner Hindu organisations broke the locks against Court's order and started worship inside the mosque. adding to the tension.
2. This act led to further tension and ended at destroying of the Babri Mosque by Hindu fanatics. again in violation of Court decision
3. Now in the recent verdict the COURT has given 1/3 land to the Muslims (right or wrong verdict thats another thing) But again now these Hindu organisations as forcing Muslims to even leave this 1/3 to Hindus . Again violation of COURT's decision.
So it can not be ruled out that these Hindu groups can violate the court orders and also do away with it
The VHP like the Sunni Waqf Board , other prominent Muslim groups , Minority Boards can merely issue statements about how they feel "dissatisfied " and entitled to more , In fact several prominent citizens expressed their disappointments with the judgement when interviewed by several newspapers , declaring the judgement as an
" unwanted act of charity " .
But the Law and order situation in India today is not the same as in the 1980's , The authorities are well equipped to deal with any violation of the court's orders so any violation by Hindu groups can be ruled out .
Any of the parties involved in this dispute may resent the final judgement , even publicly air their differences of opinion but at the end of the day they have to live with it .
