Rajasthan textbooks have a chapter in which the cow "writes" a letter to students as a "mother"

taking its Hindutva agenda forward, the Vasundhara Raje regime in Rajasthan, the only state government in the country which has a ministry dedicated to cows, has now revised textbooks for government schools to include a chapter in which the cow "writes" a letter to students as a "mother".

Introduced in Hindi textbooks for class V students, the chapter has images of Hindu gods within a bigger picture of a cow, each signifying the benefits humans can earn if they consider cow as their "mother". Addressing students as "my sons and daughters", the letter says: "I give every individual strength, intelligence, long life, health, happiness and prosperity. Those who feel (my importance) consider me as their mother and I love them like my offspring."

The letter further lists cow's contribution to society, saying: "I produce the elixir of life in the form of milk, butter and ghee. My urine and excreta produces medicines, fertilisers and pesticides. My offspring, bullock, helps you in agriculture. I also purify environment by breathing."


Hailing the chapter, 'Gopalan' (cow) minister Otaram Dewasi told TOI, "This is a positive move towards creating awareness on the benefits of the cow..."

This chapter is meant for reading only and no weightage has been given in exams.

But after seeing Hindus act like barbarians...and PDFers defending them vehemently....I've decided to slaughter cow matas on every Eid.

Majority hindus are secular(sickulars) and love Muslims, and will bend backwards to make them feel at home in India. Is that why you all slaughter your fellow muslims by the hundreds in Pakistan too? To make our sickular hindus go all crazy?
