Dude, it was India who stopped cricket and all sporting events with pakistan because "Terrorism and sports cannot go hand in hand".

The government thought why should we let Pakistan make money off our market? It has its merits and demerits. That's why with each major issues in Kashmir India downgraded relationship on economic front.

I seriously doubt IK want any good relationship with India, from the very beginning him and his administration's bickering about our internal politics has left no room for maneuvering. You said he wants good relationship then why is he talking about RSS or BJP? Why is his cabinet commenting on our state elections? IK is still that Pak cricket team captain who believes there are fans in India and he can speak to them somehow thereby influencing the masses.
