despite being in covid isolation i was forced to break that isolation because by basement was being filled by water, i live in so called the posh locality of DHA and even in DHA without bragging i am living in the most elite and sought after area, we didn't had electricity for 18 hours.

Thats messed up I thought DHA had a well run sewer system and all to prevent these sort of issues. After spending all that money to still have these flooding issues and then electricity on top as well.
