Not a Big deal for a Nation who has achieved success in Building The Konkan railways.... Kudos to Our Engineers and The railway team...

It is an achievement because most of the lower Himalyan ranges in HP-Kashmir area are highly unstable and prone to landslides.

i think all the parties must be knowing project even before it actualy started..they don't relay on media for such info..it's just general public like us who have no other source other than media to know the news.

Yes it is the same link. It goes all the way to Baramulla via Srinagar and Jammu.(Correct me here someone). Jammu already has railway connecting it with Indian railway network.

it is a railway line which will also be used by the general public , there is no secersy in that . this is not sensitive info .
