Great news, but what about the Karakorum rail track?

my best guess about the karakorum track is that it might start around 2025. Last time I checked China's 13th 5 year plan(2016-2020), the plan on tracks from Kashgar to Khunjerub has been replaced with solid line from dot line, which indicates this track will be laid out usually within 5-10 years. There is only one reason if this part of tracked is built, no need to guess.
by the end of this year or early next year, we should have the updated information from the 14th 5 year plan(2021-2025).
Since 2025 is still a long time ahead, let us have our best wishes for ML-1. First it will start soon, then it will complete on time.
