I only remotely remember Imran Khan bowling and that too at the end of his career - he wasn't express pace then but was quite accurate. We will just have to disagree on Zak. I think he was the third best left arm pacer to come out of the sub-continent behind Wasim and Chaminda Vaas.
The last few years have seen some good pace bowlers from India in terms of speed but they aren't accurate. Varun Aaron bowls between 145-150 but sprays.
Bowling at 145 KM/hr and going for 60 in 10 overs or plays a single match and is never seen again usual Indian fast bowler dilemma .

A Bowling average of 32 in tests and 30 in ODI . Pretty average for a player you claiming to be third best left arm . Kapil Dev explained it best once of the lack of good fast bowlers in India . He said Pakistani Psyche is aggressive and have more Fast bowler mentors compared to Indians who tend to be more tame .Third factor maybe due to the eating habits too . Pakistani's are great meat lovers which have abundance of protein .
