I mean beyond supporting your own citizens, many going hungry, local hospitals seem to need a lot of support plus testing for Covid19 needs to be significantly ramped up in India.

Furthermore, what about the need for critical infrastructure across the LAC to support troops already stationed there and needing to be moved there and then businesses are going to need significant support from the loss of tourism, exports not to mention financing to help implement Covid19 SOP's.
