its a signed deal...BJP is going ahead with it...Congress hardly have a case..unless and until...Indians loose their head....bring pappu as a PM and then he loose whatever is left in his head...and back off from the deal...then yes...there is a chance...but then think about it...headless indians with headless PM...rafale or no rafale...we are already fu**ed up..so it doesn't matter
