Agree with you but except the bold part. Don't know how but many in Bengal, Odisha, UP and Bihar are very fair and tall. Even look at the genetics, they are different and the number of % would be around 30% roughly. But yes most of the people are black in these regions of North india containing Indian DNA.
This Y DNA is significantly found in Brahminsa and People of Punjab (both India and Pakistan).
